I used to think of innovation as a kind of vague and buzz-wordy concept but it doesn’t have to be. In the last few years I’ve read books, been on courses and joined communities about product management, agile and workshopping. I had a random penny drop moment two weeks ago on a freezing cold astroturf pitch. These are structured processes to create, prioritise, test and ultimately deliver ideas i.e. innovation.
